Since 1927 the 24th Belfast has gathered local boys into games, band, camp and friendship at Bloomfield Presbyterian Church — helping them learn, grow and discover.
Open to boys of all communities, all faiths, and none.
Boys move up through the sections as they grow — each with its own programme of fun, friendship and challenge. We meet on Monday evenings during term time.
The youngest section — fun with Bible stories, crafts, music, games, sports, making friends and working towards badges.
Games, sports, craft, quizzes, cookery, marching and Bible time — much of it counting towards award badges presented at the annual inspection.
Learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun — a safe place to explore new possibilities, achieve goals and have adventures.
New boys are welcome any Monday in term time. No experience needed — come as you are and give it a go.
Register your interestThe company runs on volunteers, as it has for a century. An hour a week or a place on the team — training and support given.
